Canyon Grove Academy SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Canyon Grove Academy ("Canyon Grove Academy," "we," "our," or "the School"), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Description

Canyon Grove Academy uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate important school-related information to parents, guardians, prospective families, students (when appropriate), and staff.

Messages may include, but are not limited to:

Emergency and safety alerts
School closures or delays
Attendance notifications
Parent-teacher conference reminders
Event and activity reminders
Enrollment and registration updates
Transportation updates
Lunch account notifications
Athletics and extracurricular announcements
Volunteer opportunities
General school communications

Message frequency varies depending on school activities and your relationship with Canyon Grove Academy.

2. Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS communications by:

Providing your mobile phone number during enrollment or registration;
Completing a school communication or consent form;

10. Changes to These Terms

Canyon Grove Academy may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
